Две недели назад Россия заблокировала Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, BBC, Deutsche Welle и другие платформы для российских интернет-пользователей. Уже в прошлом были заблокированы Telegram, Tor, LinkedIn, приложение Алексея Навального (которое продвигало "Умное голосование") и многие другие.

Сама PsychonautWiki была внесена в реестры Роскомнадзора в России ФСКН 26.11.2015 (запись 2/1/11-47261). Эта цензура затронула поддомен "www." нашего сайта, и с того дня мы больше не используем этот поддомен.

Поэтому мы решили предложить нашим российским пользователям доступ к частной VPN. Команда PsychonautWiki управляет тремя крупнейшими выходными узлами Tor с 2015 года и за это время приобрела опыт эффективной борьбы с цензурой.

Наша команда состоит из опытных инженеров-программистов, которые могут справиться практически с любой сложностью (кроме перерезанных кабелей).

Риски

При использовании "частной" VPN существует риск того, что незашифрованный трафик может быть централизованно прослушан. В частности, это касается трафика DNS и трафика, не связанного с TLS / не связанного с HTTPS. Все наши серверы защищены в меру наших знаний и не используют стандартную конфигурацию.

Для особо важных коммуникаций мы рекомендуем установить туннель через наши VPN WireGuard, а затем использовать интернет через туннель с помощью Tor, чтобы трафик данных не был раскрыт даже в случае прослушивания наших серверов спецслужбами.

We are researchers at Maastricht University preparing a series of trials using novel psychedelic drugs such as 2C-B.

As the scientific literature is lacking at this time, we are looking for volunteers from the novel psychedelic-using community to provide us with information about their personal experience with these substances, including dose, and negative and positive effects.

Your contribution would assist in developing our understanding of these substances as to better guide harm-reduction efforts while helping to identify potential therapeutic applications.

2. Charité Berlin - Open the survey.

The Corona Drug Survey is conducted by the Psychotropic Substances Group of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

The aim of the study is to determine how the consumption of psychoactive substances has changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic (“corona crisis”).

We investigate how the current situation affects the subjective experience and use of psychoactive substances. We also want to find out whether there are differences between substances.

This survey is conducted by the Global Drug Survey team.

We want to better understand how COVID-19 is affecting your daily life, your relationships, your mental health and wellbeing, as well as your use of alcohol and other drugs.

Participation in the survey will take about 15 minutes if you only drink alcohol, and another 10 minutes if you use other drugs.

At the end, you can indicate if you are interested in joining a longitudinal study that will track people’s alcohol and other drug use patterns over time.

Individuals planning on visiting a club or using substances:

• avoid sharing joints, pipes, straws, etc.,
• avoid sharing and passing stash bags,
• avoid touching the face or eyes with the hands when smoking / snorting,
• wash preparation surfaces or wipe them with alcohol,
• avoid parties, clubs, big sessions or crowds of people when feeling unwell or having a cough or fever.

These precautions are mandatory to ensure the safety and health of everyone engaging in nightlife during this crisis.

That said, after several episodes of non-trivial attacks targeting our onion-services via the Tor network we're unfortunately forced to restrict some pages. This limits the possible attack vectors that can lead to widespread downtimes for all of our users.

Why are Tor users specifically affected by this?

In the past we issued rate-limits to specific IPs attacking or maliciously crawling the PsychonautWiki, causing excessive load on the servers and therefore affecting other users.

The Tor network does not reveal the origins of requests, nor allows for per-connection throttling. That's a great thing, but makes it impossible to shut down singular malicious actors.

What kind of restrictions are applied to Tor users?

We are not and will never block any articles. We are blocking sites from being loaded via Tor that are not usually used by average users and cause significant load on our servers, including history logs, index pages (via APIs), file lists, category lists and other pages, like property lists.
